Push It To the Limit

I really love those times when you go to the gym or go for a run and your body let's you know, "Hey, I'm feeling great today. Let's push it." Last night was one of those times. As soon as I took off down the block, I could feel that my legs were more "springy" than usual, so I decided to run as hard as I could. What a great run. I was quite winded by the time I finished up, but it felt great to test my body. It's even better when your body responds!
